I just thought I'd share with you my workout from yesterday whilst I was using the gamma labs pre workout sachet. If you want to give this a go then please feel free, I'm only sharing It because of how I feel today (in pain) so hopefully you can use it and get some decent results. My glutes, quads, calves, upper and lower abs have pretty much all been effected by this, no hamstring soreness though so I'd advise throwing in an extra set isolating hamstrings, maybe just the machine curl will do.
Let me know what you think.

Hi, just wondered for GVT, You seem to do 4 x 10 altogether - this makes it tougher and is there a risk of overtraining...
Whats the rest between sets and exercises?
Thanks

Hi Rob, 4 x 10 sets of 10 reps that's correct. Overtraining would only become apparent after say 30 sets, certainly not as low as a GVT session.

Rest times are at your discretion however I'd advise a single minute but no more than 90 seconds.

Thanks Tom, 4 x 10 sets of 10 - isn't that 40 sets total? hence overtrain - especially if done 3 times a week?
Just checking before I try this version...
Thanks, R
