HELP!
We've all been there, whether its due to excitement or a lead to depression we've all suffered some form of anxiety, now having a very good first hand experience of this problem along with depression, I'd like to share how it can be controlled, its important people that suffer from this can understand how to free themselves.
First things first, anxiety and stress are totally natural, the part of your brain which controls these two horrible problems are linked, so when you become anxious you have around an 80% chance you'll become stressed and totally worried about that topic.
Exercise bloody helps! Again I can't stress enough how much releif exercise has on the mind, now its not only your mind that feels stress, you body certainly does too. If you've had a pile of work building up you literally feel all tight and caged, well I do anyway.
Getting to the gym isn't the easiest option when you have loads of work to be doing or you're anxious about something, it will probably be the last thing on your mind, but what if you simply leave a few post-it notes on the fridge, cupboards or bedroom door to remind you "go to the gym to calm down"? Anything you can think of to help push you towards working out.
Personally I used to get a friend to remind me every day. Anything that works for you just do it! Below I've noted down what exercise you should be doing to relieve stress and anxiety. Smashing loads of weights doesn't always help, even though it feels incredible!

The Stress Buster!
Exercise at least 30 minutes 3-5 times per week. If you're running aim for 3-5 miles without stopping at a medium pace.
On rest days walk for 30 minutes, so instead of taking the car to work maybe walk if its close enough.
Don't turn your exercise into a stress fest or guilt trip either, its better to take a regular walk than to save up all your weekly walks for a massive 3 hour one on the weekend. most of all ENJOY IT! Its a cure not a cause.
