I've just came across something that I think most people should/need to be aware of to avoid going down the wrong path of temptation.

This is simply an image that shows what food craving you crave day to day, what compound it actually is that you're craving and then, what you can throw down your neck in teplacement to put the craving at bay.

I had a question the other day that said "how do I know what to eat and when". This chart can help considerably, I know for when I learnt why cravings happen it was a massive help.
