I'm currently following a meal plan and ever since starting the plan I'm waking up in the night hungry with my belly rumbling and in discomfort my last meal of the day is around 6:30 I useually go to bed around 9:30-10 can you sudjest any thing to help me ?

@jordan 10mins before bed have a protein shake taken with milk. Slow absorbing. Having your last meal at 6:30 is a bad idea if your looking to gain weight.

I'm trying to gain mass I useually eat every 2hours but after my main meal at night I don't know what I could eat before bed to keep me going. I take zma I used to drink milk but I read milk stops the zma performing

good blog - general q on GVT; how long would you recommend a cycle of this? 6-8weeks?
I'm doing this and keeping at it, but find I get tired really easily, even when lowering the weights to 50-60% 1RM
Nutrition is good; upping carbs, so don't think that's a factor.
Any tips/suggestions appreciated
